Hanshi Allan Tattersall and Renshi Karl Fitzsimons attended the Dai Nippon Butoku Kai European Rensei Taikai.  The three day event was held at the beautiful Ten Chi Dojo.  The Portuguese Branch of D.N.B.K .

Martial Arts instructors from around the world, specializing in disciplines, such as Aikido, Iaido, Jujitsu, Judo, and Karate attended this prestigious event in Portugal.

 84 year old Master, Hanshi Kuwahara together with Shike Kitano, and Renshi Koshima two of his students, from the Shinden Ryu Jujitsu school of Japan honoured everyone with their presence at this Rensei Taikai.  They thrilled  us with their expert teaching at this Budo training seminar which was held  in the open air training area of the Ten Chi Dojo .

The dojo set high up in the woodlands, consists of   three training areas one main Dojo and two others.  A fabulous Mongolian tent imported in just for this event was home to one of the Masters receptions held on a floodlit lawn, were Thirty students dressed in white Hakama and  Houri  amazed us with their breathtaking fan display depicting the dance Demon, accompanied  by Taikai Drum music.  A truly inspiring spectacle.   "Fantastic"

We were witness to yet another  exceptional  display of Japanese Martial Arts in Association with Dai Nippon Butoku-Kai, Kyoto, Japan.
